A meditative experience using sound vibrations created by hand-crafted gongs and other sacred instruments. Excellent for stress, anxiety relief and relaxation. Improves sleep, promotes well-being and encourages a deeper mind-body connection. Open to all experience levels (whether you practice yoga or not), but precautions should be taken if you struggle with any conditions linked with sound or have any metal implants. Not suitable for people with pacemakers, epilepsy; schizophrenia; psychosis; or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
