Travel and Waterfalls

‍Emma and I recently travelled around the Cotswolds and the Peak District, in the UK, in search of waterfalls to record for meditation inspiration.

‍We feel that watching a waterfall is both therapeutic, calming and meditative and wanted to share these beautiful spaces with whomever might be interested.

‍We know that not everyone has the time to visit these places, and sometimes are not able to reach these types of natural wonders, as they are often in very remote locations. Most of them took a 2+ hour hike to reach - across very rocky/challenging ground. And so we wanted to search out a few waterfalls, record short videos of them (some in slow motion) and share them with our audience, in the hope that it might calm your nerves, give you a chance to meditate for a minute or two, or simply share in a small natural wonder Britain has to offer.
