Just listen and watch this video of a small waterfall we recorded at a meditation centre in Northamptonshire.
Simply take a minute or two out of your day to think about nothing but the sound and movement of the water.
Whilst you are listening to the water, breathe slowly and steadily in and out.
This process will calm your mind, lower your heart rate, and (if nothing else) will provide you with a short break from your hectic life.
