To enter, all we ask is that you listen to a podcast episode and send us a brief email to let us know you have done so (we’d also appreciate your feedback / thoughts on the podcast). If you want to forward this offer to your friends and family and/or anyone else you know – that would be much appreciated too, as the purpose of this competition is to spread awareness of our events and services. Anyone entering the competition will also be added to our mailing list to receive these newsletters.

Many of our longer retreats are filling up or full. So, act quickly if you want to attend any of the following:

Wonderful World of Waterfalls:
We have recently spent some time searching for beautiful, calming waterfalls in the UK. We couldn’t start our search anywhere near where we live, as south Lincolnshire is as flat as a pancake for tens of thousands of acres in every direction! So, we decided to search in the Cotswolds and the Peak District and across a few stunning gems. Most of the walks were fairly challenging, but very worthwhile and enjoyable. Our aim was to record short videos of the waterfalls, to provide a beautiful scene and sounds for our community to benefit from. Click the button to find the videos.
Worthy Causes – Open Day:
The Exotic Pet Refuge’s first open day is on Sunday 20th of April, 10am-4pm. The charity rely financially on the 6 open days they are permitted to have each year, so if you can make it on the 20th April, we’d love to see you there. By attending, you will be supporting a very worthy cause, and giving yourself a great day out.
