First LLG Podcast!

12/12/2024

‍Emma and I are really proud to announce that we have recorded our first ever podcast!

‍

‍It’s an introduction to our podcast series called “Yoga Matters” and was a bit of an experiment / venture into the unknown! It’s by no means perfect, but it was natural, unscripted, unedited and pretty much said everything we wanted to say for our opening podcast. Hopefully you will appreciate it as honest and from the heart and will warm to our ‘warts and all’ approach!

‍

‍This is an exclusive sneak preview to you guys, so please let us know what you think. When we have recorded a few more, we will release them properly onto a Podcast site. We will let you know when this happens. We might even add a bit of intro music and use a better microphone too! :-D
